Prior to our Sunday Grub dinner we will be hosting a freegan Brooklyn dumpster tour! This will be a walking tour for people curious about urban freegan living.
The purpose of the event is two-fold. Novices, and all who attend will have a chance to learn the ins and outs of gathering healthy food that would otherwise go to waste, and all will have a chance to help support our community dinner by contributing to the food we have available for it.
