New York City police reform activists are throwing a “farewell party” in the streets for NYPD’s Commissioner Ray Kelly starting at 12pm at Foley Square and end at One Police Plaza. This creative spectacle will include spoken word, musical instruments, party favors and much more! Show New Yorkers and the next administration that the police reform movement is still in full force! We want the next NYPD Commissioner William Bratton to know that we will not stand for the policies of the NYPD in their current form – we want real and dramatic change, transparency and accountability. Nothing less.
